Purchases & Billing
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. If a purchase did not arrive, restarting the game usually restores it. For refund requests, please use Apple's Report a Problem page or the Google Play refund process. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
